How do I reset my password?

Go to our reset password page - https://pay.fassta.com/reset-p... - or click on Reset Password on the FASSTA login page - https://pay.fassta.com/login - to reset your password.

How do I update my details?

Go to the admin section, in the right hand corner of the app to update your details.

Is my data stored in Australia?

Yes, your data is stored in Australia.

What does FASSTA PAY do?

FASSTA PAY, powered by Eway, is an online payment platform designed for B2B payments, allowing retailers to easily and securely pay supplier invoices by credit card online.

How do I create a FASSTA PAY account? 

Signing up as a FASSTA PAY supplier is very easy. Go to the FASSTA Get Started page – https://www.fassta.com/get-started and register, then create your FASSTA PAY linked Eway merchant account.

Why do I need an Eway Merchant Account?

FASSTA PAY is powered by Eway. In order for you to accept credit card payments for your invoices via FASSTA PAY your customers to pay their invoices, you will need an account with Eway.

Can I use another payment gateway?

No, currently we have only partnered with Eway.

Is FASSTA PAY PCI-DSS compliant?

FASSTA PAY is powered by Eway. Eway is certified with level 1 PCI-DSS compliance - the highest level of encryption available. FASSTA PAY does not store credit card details directly.

Will FASSTA PAY work with my accounting system?

No, but we are working on this feature now, so will be launched soon.

Will FASSTA PAY work with my bank?

No, we use a payment gateway called Eway which deposits funds in your nominated bank account.

Which credit cards work with FASSTA PAY?

VISA and Mastercard.

What are the transaction fees with FASSTA PAY?

Are there any other charges during the introductory offer period?

Transaction fees are waived during the introductory period. There may be other fees that you incur during this period, such as in the case of a chargeback. These are outlined in the Eway PDS during the application process. 

What is MyEway?

MyEway is a merchant portal that you will have access to once you have signed up for Eway. You can access detailed settlement reports and tax invoices for fees paid from within the MyEway portal. that allows you to accept credit card payments.

How do I access MyEway? 

To log in to your MyEway account visit:

Your usernamelogin is the email address used to create your account. See the Eway Knowledgebase for help with logging in or resetting your password. 

When will funds settle into my bank account?

Funds will typically settle into your account 3 business days after the transaction has occurred.

How do I access my settlement reports?

Detailed settlement reports can be found by logging into MyEway.

How do I view my tax invoices for fees paid?

Invoices for any fees paid can be found by logging into MyEway.

Who is responsible for paying fees?

Transaction fees are paid by the merchant and are deducted from any funds prior to settlement into your bank account.

Is Eway PCI compliant?

Yes, Eway is certified with Level 1 PCI-DSS compliance, the highest level available.

Do I need a merchant facility from my bank?

No, Eway will provide you with a merchant facility so you can start accepting payments as soon as your account has been established.

How do I process refunds?

Currently refunds cannot be processed via the FASSTA PAY platform. If you need to refund a payment, you will need to arrange this directly with the payer through an alternative mechanism such as credit note or EFT.

What does FASSTA PAY do?

How do I create a FASSTA PAY account? 

Signing up as a FASSTA PAY retailer is very easy. Go to the FASSTA PAY register page – https://pay.fassta.com/register and register, then include your credit card and select your merchants (suppliers).

Is FASSTA PAY PCI-DSS compliant?

FASSTA PAY is powered by Eway. Eway is certified with level 1 PCI-DSS compliance - the highest level of encryption available. FASSTA PAY does not store credit card details directly.

Will FASSTA PAY work with my bank?

No, we use a payment gateway called Eway.

Which credit cards work with FASSTA PAY?

VISA and Mastercard.

Will FASSTA PAY work on my phone?

Yes, any modern smart phone with internet access and a web browser.

Which browsers does FASSTA PAY work with?

All modern browsers.

How will I be notified if a payment has been successful?

A green "paid" screen appears for the successful payment.

How will I be notified if a payment fails?

A red "fail" screen appears for an unsuccessful payment and an explanation will be provided explaining why the payment failed.

Can I pay anybody using FASSTA PAY?

Retailers can only pay FASSTA PAY merchants (suppliers) using FASSTA PAY.

EWAY MERCHANT FACILITY FAQs

What information do I need to get an Eway Merchant Facility?

  • Recent Bank Account Statement for the business 
    • cannot be an online banking screenshot
    • from the last three months
    • bank account in the same name as the entity of the provided ABN
  • Your business Terms and Conditions and/or a recent invoice showing your payment terms and conditions
  • Valid identification

How do I apply for an Eway Merchant Account?

If you have never had an Eway account before, apply online here

If you have used Eway to process online payments or as as gateway previously, the Eway team will need to assist you with your application Please complete this form to get started. - waiting for link

What information do I need to get an Eway Merchant Facility?

You will also need to upload documents about you and your business, such as identification, a recent bank statement or other documentation depending on the entity type and structure of your business. You will be prompted for these during the online application process. If further information is needed to process your application, a representative from Eway will contact you.

I’m having trouble with my application - who can I contact?
